The Fitnito Assistant

Ask the gym console questions in plain English — who is booked, who is low on visits, add a member.

The Assistant is a chat inside the gym console. It can look up the schedule, add a member, check who is low on visits, and fix everyday capacity problems. It uses your real data.

Open it

Choose Assistant in the left nav. Conversations stay on the gym until you clear the session.

Good things to ask

  • “Who is coming to tomorrow’s 6 AM?”
  • “Add a member: Priya Nair, [email protected]”
  • “Is anyone running low on their pass?”
  • “Schedule a Saturday 9 AM Strength class with Jordan, capacity 12.”

The Assistant will confirm what it did. Check Sessions or Clients if you want to see the record.

What it will not do

It does not change your Fitnito subscription or talk to Stripe for you. For billing product questions, start with Fitnito Payments or your Fitnito plan.
