Email notifications
Opt in to an email when someone signs up, or when they pay for a plan or pack.
Owner emails are opt-in. Both start off so we do not surprise you.
What you can turn on
- Someone created a member account — self-signup or a new login. Useful when you want to welcome people the same day.
- Someone paid for a membership or visit pack — paid purchases only, not free trials or deferred first charges that have not collected yet.
Emails go to the account owner.
Where to flip them
Settings → Notifications. No extra product to buy.
