Member profile fields
Ask members for optional extras on Profile — a second phone, a nickname, whatever you need.
Settings → Member profile fields is optional extras on a member’s Profile. The list starts empty. Add only what this gym needs.
It is not a form builder, an intake survey, or Documents. Nothing here is required to book.
What you can ask
Short text, long text, a date, an extra phone, or yes/no. The main name, email, and phone stay on the member as they do today. A custom phone is for extras — work phone, second guardian — not a copy of the main number.
How to add one
- Open Settings → Member profile fields.
- Add field. Write a label and, if you want, a short help line.
- Pick a type. Save.
Members see active fields on Profile. The summary is just the label and what they answered — blank extras (and a kid with nothing filled) stay off the summary. Edit still shows the help line under each field. Parents can fill the same extras for a kid they manage. Staff see and edit the answers on the member.
Hide without deleting
Open Edit and turn off Visible on Profile. The field stays in this list, greyed out. Answers stay. Drag the handle to change the order.
Do not add a Birthday or emergency-contact field unless you actually want that extra — Fitnito does not invent those for you.
