Staff and coaches
Invite the people who run the desk and appear as coaches on classes.
Staff are people who sign in to the gym console. Anyone you want in the coach dropdown needs the staff role.
Add staff
- Staff → New.
- Name, email, password (they can reset later).
- They sign in at app.fitnito.com, same as you.
Owners also need the staff role if they coach — the demo gyms do this so the owner appears as a coach.
What staff can do
Run Sessions, Clients, attendance, and the Assistant. Owners keep gym Settings, Fitnito billing, and Payments connect.
Remove access
Open the staff member and disable or edit them when someone leaves. Their old classes keep the historical coach name.
